As the Subcontractor we performed Excavation, including trench safety, rock breaking, import and export of materials, install of water mains from 12" pvc/ductile, to 6" pvc/ductile. 

As the Subcontractor we performed Excavation, Utilities, Concrete structural/flat work, sewer pipe, water pipe hot tap, electrical trenching, and landscaping. The Prime contractor was Rore Const.

As a prime contractor we designed this project, we also managed, and self performed, Excavation, concrete structural/Flat, Framing, siding, roofing with sub contractors for Plumbing, electrical, Paint, and epoxy flooring.

As the Prime Contractor we self-performed Excavation, Concrete structural and flat work, signage, curved butcher block seats and sheet metal. other scopes included plumbing, framing, Roofing, painted logos, electrical. This particular project was a challenging due to the curved structure be.

We acted as a sub-contractor suppling Excavation and concrete labor.

Operating as an Indian owned small business, D-McP managed this contract using multiple skilled sub-contractors. We completed a lighting retrofit that was projected to Save upward of $9,000 per month! We also replaced the HVAC roof unit and curb. 

100% SELF PERFORMED. Installed a side road at a private residence on diamond lake in medical lake WA. This included a 1000lb breaker, and block wall. This was by far the steepest hill side we have worked on. We learned a lot and were successful in completing the work!!

This was a locally funded public works project consisted Impanation of complete TCS select demolition to remove Curbs, Side Walks, Trees and other obstructions. Clear, Grub and prep for new driveway entry with COS approach with multiple ped ramps. Included 2 60x12 swales with Ductile equalizer pipes. DMCP self-performed the excavation, and hauling. We were able to complete the main scope of work withing 7 days, on the seventh day we had excavation, rolled curb and back top completed.

This was a locally funded public works project consisted Impanation of complete TCS select demolition to remove Curbs, Side Walks, Trees and other obstructions. Clear, Grub and prep for new monolithic sidewalk (1,500 LFT) and 900 linear feet of 10 foot asphalt paths. DMCPC also designed and installed pit-run bridging for the path at the park in order to keep it up out of a saturation prone area.

This was a locally funded public works project consisted of select demolition to remove corroded steel framing at three lighted maintenance pits, installation of new framing, new fall protection, cleaning and application of new protective coatings, as well as the repair or addition of structural support in select areas.
